**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create accurate patterns from design sketches and specifications for western-style garments.
- Perform pattern making and cutting to produce samples and production-ready garments.
- Modify existing patterns based on fit and design updates.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve fitting issues.
- Conduct fittings and make adjustments to ensure the garment meets the required specifications.
- Maintain organized records of patterns and cutting plans, including fitting notes and modifications.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and techniques to innovate pattern-making processes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in the fashion industry, particularly with western styles.
- Strong knowledge of pattern-making software (e.g., Gerber, Optitex) and traditional hand-drafting techniques.
- Proficiency in both pattern making and garment cutting processes.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fitting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in CAD programs for pattern design.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
