**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize our online sales channels, including but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall online shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in e-commerce.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and fulfillment processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably working with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
