**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement engaging and rigorous lesson plans and instructional materials for Chemistry courses, aligned with curriculum standards and objectives.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver dynamic and interactive instruction in Chemistry, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and facilitate their learning.
- **Laboratory Experiments**: Plan and conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts and develop students' practical skills in Chemistry.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessments, including tests, quizzes, lab reports, and projects. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide additional assistance and support to students who require remediation or enrichment in Chemistry. Offer tutoring, review sessions, and personalized learning opportunities as needed.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress, academic performance, and any concerns or achievements in Chemistry.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues within the Science department and across other disciplines to integrate interdisciplinary connections and projects. Participate in department meetings, curriculum development, and school-wide initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or equivalent in Chemistry or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- Teaching certification or licensure (if applicable)
- Previous teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably in an international or IB school setting
- Experience conducting laboratory experiments and demonstrations
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and resources for Chemistry instruction
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
