**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials for Mathematics courses, aligned with curriculum standards and objectives.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver engaging and interactive instruction in Mathematics, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technology tools to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Assess student learning using a variety of formative and summative assessment methods, including tests, quizzes, projects, and problem-solving tasks. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide additional assistance and support to students who require remediation or enrichment in Mathematics. Offer tutoring, review sessions, and personalized learning opportunities as needed.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress, academic performance, and any concerns or achievements in Mathematics.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues within the Mathematics department and across other disciplines to integrate interdisciplinary connections and projects. Participate in department meetings, curriculum development, and school-wide initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or equivalent in Mathematics or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Teaching certification or licensure (if applicable).
- Previous teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably in an international or IB school setting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and resources for Mathematics instruction.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
