Job Responsibilities for Tele calling Executive / Tele caller:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads from various sources to develop new business opportunities.

2. Marketing Support: Assist in marketing activities by conducting mailing and cold calling campaigns to reach potential customers.

3. MIS Reports: Maintain accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports and keep the management informed about the status of all prospects.

4. Outbound Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to generate leads and engage potential clients.

5. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

6. Follow-Up: Follow up with incoming leads to nurture prospects and convert them into potential customers.

7. Business Relationship Development: Establish, cultivate, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory to drive new business opportunities.

8. Appointment Booking: Book appointments for the field sales team, prioritizing high-quality leads.

9. Product/Service Information: Interact with customers to provide comprehensive information about the company's products and services.

Competencies / Skill Requirements:
1. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and prospects.

2. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential customers and handle customer inquiries.

3. Active Listening: Possess active listening skills to understand customer needs and address their concerns effectively.

4. Ability to Handle Pressure: Perform well under pressure and meet targets efficiently.

6. Telecalling Experience: Any prior experience in telecalling or the related industry is considered an advantage.

Experience Required: 0 - 1 year

Minimum Qualification Required: Graduation / Bachelor's Degree

Immediate Joiners required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
