**Working Hours**: 09:15 AM to 04:35 PM

**About Us**

Muskan Foundation is dedicated to the education and holistic development of children with multiple disabilities, including deafblindness and hearing impairment. We aim to empower our students through inclusive education and therapeutic support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for children with deafblindness or hearing impairment.
- Adapt teaching materials and methods to meet the specific needs of each child.
- Conduct one-on-one or group sessions focusing on communication, cognitive, and daily living skills.
- Maintain detailed progress reports and collaborate with therapists and other team members.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school events as required.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Special Education (preferably in Deafblindness or Hearing Impairment).
- **Language Proficiency**: Good communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Personal Attributes**: Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children with special needs.
