UX/UI Designer

The UX/UI Designer is expected to assume the following key responsibilities plus any other reasonable duties as required:

- Works closely with the Product team and report to product owners
- Plans and conducts interviews, user surveys, card sorting and usability tests
- Conducts competitive analysis
- Designs and executes studies into user behavior and attitudes
- Conducts heuristic evaluations
- Utilizes quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights to drive creative concepts
- Translates business and user needs and technology constraints into solution concepts that are engaging, easy to use, and valuable
- Facilitates workshops to answer critical business questions through design thinking, rapid prototyping, and testing ideas.
- Shapes and refines user personas, storyboards and user stories
- Expert in all areas of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience)
- 5-6 Years of Experience in the design thinking process, agile development, and lean start up methodologies
- Experience working directly with developers to implement designs
- Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, etc
- Working knowledge of CSS and HTML

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹20,415.00 - ₹30,149.00 per month
