**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell Jaipur Farms’ products to retailers, wholesalers, institutions, and distributors
- Identify potential markets and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements.
- Represent Jaipur Farms at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, BBA, or a related field.
- 1 year of sales experience, preferably in agri-products, organic food, or FMCG.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively in rural and urban markets.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English.
- Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of organic farming and sustainable agriculture.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to educate customers about farm products and value propositions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
