Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information, offer assistance, and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store's visual appeal by organizing and arranging merchandise displays. Regularly restock shelves, racks, and counters to ensure products are readily available and neatly presented. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to implement promotional displays and seasonal changes.
- Store Operations: Perform various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the store. This includes processing transactions accurately through cash registers or point-of-sale systems, accepting payments, issuing receipts, and providing appropriate change. Maintain accurate inventory levels and participate in inventory management activities, such as stocktaking and replenishment.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of the store's product offerings. Stay updated on new arrivals, product features, and promotions. Effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and refunds, following established policies and procedures. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, aiming to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store management and colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a harmonious work environment. Assist other team members as needed, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store, including restrooms, fitting rooms, and common areas. Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
