**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Assist in setting up, clearing, and resetting tables.
- Provide menu information and assist guests with menu selections.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist with maintaining inventory of serviceware, cleaning supplies, and other restaurant essentials.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a steward or in a similar position within the hotel or restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or food safety are a plus.
