• Supervise and coordinate the work of banquet stewarding staff during functions.
• Ensure proper cleaning, polishing, and storage of banquet equipment, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of back-of-house banquet areas, dishwashing, and kitchen support zones.
• Oversee set-up, breakdown, and proper handling of banquet service equipment.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are available and ready for scheduled banquet events.
• Train and guide stewards on banquet procedures, hygiene, and safe handling of equipment.
• Ensure teamwork and smooth coordination with banquet service staff, kitchen, and other departments.
• Report staff performance issues and recommend improvements to the Banquet/Executive Steward.
• Monitor and control usage of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and banquet operating equipment (BOE).
• Report loss, breakage, or shortage of equipment to management.
• Assist in monthly inventory of banquet equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
