**Experience**

as a Retail Sales with minimum 3 - 4 years relevant experience in Travel & Tourism Industry with proficiency in English & Bengali. Knowledge of additional languages will be advantage. Strong Customer Service Skills. IATA qualified/any other relevant Travel and Tourism qualification would be an advantage. Experienced in various areas of travel (International & Domestic Destination/ Holidays etc.)

Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentations, Complaints handling, etc.
- Designing preparing itineraries, holiday packages for customers.
- Processing bookings by coordinating with the operations team.
- Knowledge of Domestic / International Destination for HOLIDAY Product must.
- Experience in Tele calling & converting leads into business.
- Prepare Travel Itinerary for visitors and travelers.
- Performing day to day back-end operations.
- Lead Generation and Customer Support.
- Knowledge of Operational and Visa Processing
- Experience in Online booking engine.

**Perks and Benefits**

Salary range - CTC Rs. 27,000/- to 35,000/- pm

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,944.90 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
