**Job Purpose**
Revenue Enhancement from existing users
**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Engaging with customer in activities generating/enhancing revenue from the existing base.
- Generating activities to upgrade customer’s plan from existing to higher revenue generation.
- Involving frontline to engage in activities leading to incremental revenue generation from existing and new base.
- Keeping close TAP on RES and establish means and activities to ensure RES growth.
- Initiating activities and projects to generate revenue and active user base.
**Financial**
- Role outcome narrates to upward/downward growth in revenue
- Monitoring and administrating MoU usage indicators (like unique users/Roamers etc.)
**Non-Financial**
- Healthy results in revenue generation activities shall result in satisfied customer base
- Proactive base health monitoring shall give reduction in churn nos.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Prior experience in U&R is preferable
- MBA is desired
