**Designation: Senior Store Executive**

**Salary Range: 20,000-22,000 Per Month (CTC)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stock Management**: Maintain accurate stock levels for raw materials, finished goods, and packing materials. Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to optimize space and reduce handling time. Ensure that materials are stored under proper conditions to prevent damage or deterioration.
- **Record Levels**. Establish and monitor minimum reorder levels for each material based on production and sales demand.
- **Procurement coordination**: Follow up on material procurement to ensure the timely
- availability of required resources.
- **Purchase requisition**: Track and ensure the timely raising of purchase requisitions to avoid
- **Stock Taking & Inventory Control**: Perform periodic stock taking to ensure physical stock
- matches the system records. Record and report any discrepancies found during stock audits.
- Monitor stock rotation and manage FIFO (First In, First Out) principles, especially for
- perishable and time-sensitive materials.
- **Inward & Outward Movement Management**: Oversee the receipt of materials and finished
- goods, ensuring that the inward movement is properly documented and inspected. Manage
- the outward movement of materials and finished goods to ensure timely dispatch as per sales
- orders. Ensure that proper documentation (GRN - Goods Receipt Note, Material Issue Notes,
- Dispatch Orders) is maintained for all inward and outward stock movements.
- **Dispatch Coordination**: Oversee the timely dispatch of materials and finished goods
- according to customer orders and sales requirements. Monitor the dispatch schedule and
- report any delays or issues that may impact delivery timelines.

**Skills**:

- Should be a Self-motivator.
- Proficiency in store management tools and software (, MS Project, Excel).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
