**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the store's inventory management system.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Manage and organize the storage of goods to optimize space and efficiency.

**Stock Control**:

- Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment as necessary.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Handle returns and exchanges of defective or incorrect items.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports to management as required.
- Ensure all records are up-to-date and comply with company policies.

**Customer Service**:

- Assist customers and staff with locating and selecting items.
- Provide product information and support as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

**Store Maintenance**:

- Ensure the store and storage areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards in the workplace.
- Assist with periodic store inventories and other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or associate degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a store keeper or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
