**Hello,**

**We are hiring for client servicing Associate for designing and branding company**

**Preferred Experience : 1to 3 in designing and branding company.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to translate client briefs into specific actionable items for different departments.
- Handling client engagements at the junior level with the client team.
- Articulate brand requirements and effectively communicate them to internal teams.
- Manage operational job requirements efficiently.
- Should be able to minute meeting clearly.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure job delivery as per committed timelines.
- Should embody the brand ethos and effectively disseminate information internally. conduct market research and analyze data to identify gaps in the product.
- Keep track of competition activities to stay informed about industry trends.
- Ensure all financial related to job estimation, billing and collection are handled promptly.
- Act as the brand custodian, maintaining brand integrity at all times.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Capability to identify issues, analyze them and propose effective solutions to meet client needs and resolve conflicts.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with internal teams, understanding client requirements and fostering positive relationships.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, handle multiple client requests simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing client needs, industry trends and company policies to provide optimal service.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to address client concerns, manage expectations and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Basic proficiency in using customer relationship management CRM software, Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
