A QC Microbiologist ensures product safety by performing microbial tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods, monitoring manufacturing environments for contamination, and documenting results to meet GMP/regulatory standards in industries like Pharma & Food. Key duties include sterility testing, identifying pathogens, maintaining lab hygiene, calibrating equipment, and troubleshooting quality issues, ensuring all work follows SOPs and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- **Microbial Testing**: Conduct tests (bioburden, endotoxin, sterility) on samples (raw materials, water, products) to detect microorganisms.
- **Environmental Monitoring**: Sample and test air, surfaces, and equipment in production areas to control bioburden.
- **Data & Documentation**: Analyze results, record findings, and prepare reports in compliance with GMP/GLP standards.
- **Compliance & Standards**: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (GMP, HACCP) and internal SOPs.
- **Troubleshooting**: Investigate deviations, resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions (CAPAs).
- **Lab Maintenance**: Maintain lab cleanliness, manage media/consumables, and ensure equipment calibration.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
