**Role**: US Collection Voice Process

**Shift Timings**: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

**Working Days**: 5 days a week**Week Off**: 2 days (Rotational)

**Cab Facility**: Available( centralized pick up and home drop)

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to customers in the United States for collection purposes.

2. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

3. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in International customer service/US medical billing/Sales/ Retentions or collections is preferred.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

3. Ability to work in a night shift 4. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
