**Job Summary**: The Fabric Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the entire fabric procurement and management process. This includes coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and working closely with the production team to meet the fabric requirements of various projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fabric Procurement**:

- Identify and evaluate potential fabric suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Place orders for fabric based on production requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of fabric inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder fabric as needed to prevent shortages.
- Implement inventory control systems to manage stock effectively.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect incoming fabric shipments for quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any quality issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure that fabric meets the required standards and specifications.
- **Coordination with Production**:

- Work closely with the production team to understand fabric requirements for various projects.
- Ensure the timely availability of fabric to avoid production delays.
- Address any fabric-related issues that arise during the production process.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of fabric purchases, inventory, and quality control inspections.
- Prepare regular reports on fabric usage, stock levels, and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant documentation and regulatory requirements.
- **Vendor Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with fabric suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends and new fabric options to enhance product offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
