Telecalling Requirements for Digital Marketing Agency ( Female Only)

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing digital marketing agency seeking talented individuals to join our Telecalling team. As a telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication over the phone. This position requires a combination of sales skills, marketing knowledge, and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services and solutions.
- Explain the benefits, features, and value propositions of our services to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and business objectives.
- Schedule appointments or consultations with qualified leads for our sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Address client inquiries, provide accurate information, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads.
- Document all client interactions, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and our service offerings.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on improving telecalling strategies and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present and communicate complex ideas to potential clients.
- Good understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
