Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Resident Medical Officer to join our hospital team. The RMO will be responsible for providing continuous onsite medical support to patients, handling emergencies, and ensuring that high standards of clinical care are maintained throughout the hospital. This position requires a dynamic and resilient individual who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide medical care and consultation to patients in various wards and units across the hospital.
- Monitor ongoing patient management and coordinate with consulting specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond to all clinical emergencies and provide immediate care and stabilization.
- Assist in surgical procedures and provide post-operative care as required.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records for all patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring they are well-informed about treatment plans and prognosis.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Participate in the training and supervision of junior medical staff and nursing staff.
- Stay updated with advancements in medicine through continuous professional development and training.

**Requirements**:

- BAMS & MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI).

- Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
