Supervise housekeeping staff, including housekeepers, cleaners, and attendants.
- Assign duties and responsibilities to staff members based on workload, priorities, and guest requirements.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the housekeeping team to ensure high-quality service.
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on cleanliness, organization, and hygiene.
- Address any issues or complaints related to cleanliness and resolve them quickly.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, such as cleaning products, linens, and equipment.
- Order new supplies as necessary and ensure that stock levels are adequate.
- Ensure that all supplies are used efficiently and waste is minimized.
- Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety standards, and the use of cleaning equipment.
- Conduct regular refresher training and performance evaluations.
- Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Ensure that rooms and facilities are cleaned according to guest preferences and that all special requests are fulfilled.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure a high level of service to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.
- Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure that cleaning materials are stored and used safely, according to guidelines.
- Monitor staff adherence to safety protocols, including proper lifting, cleaning, and handling of equipment.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure that adequate coverage is maintained at all times.
- Manage time off requests and handle staffing adjustments to meet operational needs.
- Ensure that overtime is minimized and staffing levels are optimized.
- Assist in managing the housekeeping department’s budget.
- Control expenses related to cleaning supplies, equipment, and labor costs.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to stay within budget constraints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
