Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries, provide product information, and resolve issues.

Identify customer needs and offer solutions to meet those needs.

Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Provide accurate information regarding our fragrance products.

Keep track of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.

Record and update customer information in the system.

Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.

Graduate (bachelor’s degree) with excellent communication skills.

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.

Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

The ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism.

Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably) is a plus.

Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.

Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets.
