Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs when needed.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organized.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and activities.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and information.
- Prepare and manage documents for compliance and audit purposes.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense reporting.
- Monitor and reconcile office-related expenditures and budgets.
- Liaise with the finance department as needed.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives and other staff as required.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and other HR-related tasks.
