**Job Requirements for Iron Moulding DISA C3 Machine Operator**:
1. Experience and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience as an iron moulding machine operator, preferably with DISA C3 or similar machines. - Knowledge of foundry processes, casting techniques, and safety protocols.

2. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in operating the DISA C3 moulding machine, including setting up, running, and troubleshooting. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and mould specifications. - Understanding of sand mixing and preparation for moulding.

3. Physical Abilities: - Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks. - Ability to lift heavy objects and work with molten metal (with appropriate safety measures).

4. Attention to Detail: - Precise measurement skills to ensure accurate mould dimensions and tolerances. - Ability to inspect moulds for defects and make necessary adjustments.

5. Safety Awareness: - Strict adherence to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. - Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and usage.

6. Machine Maintenance: - Basic understanding of machine maintenance and ability to perform routine checks and cleaning of the DISA C3 machine. - Report any malfunctions or abnormalities to the maintenance team.

7. Quality Control: - Responsible for producing high-quality castings with mínimal defects or imperfections. - Conduct inspections of moulds and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

8. Productivity and Efficiency: - Operate the DISA C3 machine efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. - Optimize moulding processes for improved productivity while maintaining quality.

9. Communication Skills: - Ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and maintenance personnel. - Report production updates, issues, and any other relevant information to the appropriate stakeholders.

10. Problem Solving: - Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with the moulding machine. - Work with the maintenance team to address more complex problems.

11. Record Keeping: - Maintain accurate production and quality records. - Track raw material usage and report any discrepancies.

12. Team Player: - Collaborate with other operators and team members to ensure a smooth production flow. - Assist in other foundry tasks as needed.

13. Continuous Learning: - Stay updated with new developments and improvements in iron moulding techniques and technologies. - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

14. Environmental and Waste Management: - Follow proper waste disposal procedures and ensure a clean and safe work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
