We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for our **Airline Ticketing Process** team. If you’re someone who enjoys interacting with clients and has an interest in the travel and aviation industry, this is your chance to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment.

You will get the opportunity to learn **Airline routes**, **Amadeus (GDS)**, and much more — while helping customers with their ticketing and travel needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with US-based customers.
- Understand client requirements and assist in booking airline tickets.
- Learn and use tools like **Amadeus** for ticketing and reservations.
- Provide information on airline routes, fares, and schedules.
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
**Who Can Apply**:

- Anyone with **6 months to 1 year of calling experience** (BPO, telesales, or customer service).
- Strong spoken **English communication** is a must.
- Fresher’s from **any educational or career background** are welcome.
- Keen interest in the **travel/aviation industry** and working with clients.
- Willingness to work in **night shifts** (US time zone).
