**Role**: Customer Support Executive - Cochin

**Location**: Cochin, Kerala

**Educational qualification** - Plus two and above

**Experience**: Both Freshers and Experienced can apply

Freshers preferable

Experience in Domestic process is also considered

**Shift**: Rotational Shift and Rotational Week offs

**5 days of working**

**Salary**: For Freshers 17k Take home + CTC

Basic technical skills will be an added advantage

Excellent communication Skills required (mandatory)

**Max Age**: 35

Two way cab will be provided; Allowance is provided is cab is not required

**Note**: Immediate Joiners are only required

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Answer phone to respond to drivers/customers inquiries w.r.t Shipping and Delivery.
- Assist Drivers with the latest update on customer's packages/orders, also help them correct coordinates.
- Assist Drivers with navigating any lost packages, provide directions, help with access codes, and help with self-service steps.
- Project a professional company image through phone & chat interaction.
- Assist Drivers with reporting incidents by submitting appropriate forms.
- Provide assistance with regard to customer service issues002E

**Basic Requirements**:

- Educational qualification - Plus two and above
- Basic technical skills
- Good communication Skills
- Able to quickly understand customer issues and requests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
