Examine through incoming tenders and to note down tender details.
- Preparing & uploading the tender documents online & final submission of tender or bid including BOQ.
- Analyze tender documents and identify requirements and risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
- Prepare and submit bid proposals, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
- Follow up with clients to track the progress of submitted bids and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of tender documents and related information.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in tendering regulations and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continually improve the tendering process.
- Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, informations to top management to get approval for bidding.
