- As the Team Manager you will be part of the Aluminium Phase
- Shop Floor Area and will report to the Section Head - Aluminium Phase
The purpose of your role will be to handle operations in Aluminium Phase section.

**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your Key responsibilities will include,but bot limited to:
1.Manage the Shift production of AL. Phase through optimum utilisation of resources and Ensuring best quality practices to achieve Market demand.
2.Hourly Review of Quality gate data and feedback to concern for any defect.
3.Review of Stage wise PPEs consumption as per norms
4.Monitoring and analysis of part rejection and Action Planning
5.Daily data updation of KPIs in OLE/JH/CLRI
6.Analysis and Action planning in OLE/JH board gaps
7.Daily 3s Audit, identifying gaps and action planning

**A Day in the life**
- To plan, coordinate and execute the activities in the Aluminium Phase in order to keep the operations run smoothly and achieve the daily business targets.

**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Diploma / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Min 03-05 year experience in Manufacturing plant in 2 Wheeler industry

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- 1.MS Office, SAP & PPT
2. 5S, TPM, SPC & TPS
3. Understanding of organizational context, policies, needs and expectation of all interested parties.
Energy Baseline
4. Variables affecting energy performance
5. Preparing Audit Plan

**Behavioural Skills**
- 1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
3. Strong supervisory and leadership skills
4. Behavioral Based Safety Approach
5. Planning and decision making.
