We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing paid social media campaigns, primarily focusing on Facebook and Google Ads. You will work closely with the marketing team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective paid social media strategies across Facebook and Google Ads platforms.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and targeting to identify the most relevant customer segments.
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop engaging content for various social media platforms, including normal posts, reels, and Instagram posts.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for optimization.
- A/B test different ad variations to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Track campaign ROI and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage budgets effectively and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Optimize Google My Business page for local SEO. Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a strong focus on Facebook and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of success in achieving campaign goals and exceeding KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices and industry trends.
- Experience in creating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., normal posts, reels, Instagram posts).
- Experience with Google My Business page optimization.
