Join a mission-driven US institute for an urgent freelance role leading a high-impact digital marketing campaign on a $10,000 budget. We're expanding orthopedic manual physical therapy fellowships ($13,000 tuition) in Chicago and Washington, starting January 2026. With a history of marketing challenges, we need 30 external enrollments (15 per program)—programs require at least 5 participants each. We have ~4-7 internals (excluded from your bonuses).

**Pay Structure**:

- Base: $2,000 USD (milestones: 15% upfront, 55% mid-project, 30% completion).
- Tiered Bonus up to $1,900 (on marketer-attributed enrollments only, via UTM tracking): $300 at 10 total, $600 at 20, $1,000 at 30.
- Total Potential: Up to $3,900 USD in 10 weeks—hourly equivalent ~$10 base, with performance rewards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop Go-to-Market strategy, keyword research, SEO updates, and analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Power BI).
- Handle retargeting, attribution tracking (exclude internals), and reporting on 600-750 leads/30 enrollments.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience scaling campaigns (e.g., 10K+ users, 20%+ ROAS gains).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads (job/location targeting), Google Ads, SEO, data tools (SEMrush, JIRA).
- Portfolio with proven metrics (CPL, ROAS, funnels) required.
- Immediate availability, fluent English, India-based (Bangalore preferred for time zones).
- Certifications (Google Ads, SEO) a plus.
