Job Title: Extrusion Operator Job Holder:
Reports to: DGM-Operation

Main Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Extrusion Production and post production of orientation machine, Quality and Machine handling.
- Co-coordinating with Plant head for production Planning.
- Production execution as per planning Requirement.
- Any problems in the machine inform to Plant head & take necessary Action to rectify the same.
- To Control & Maintain the Process Parameters and production output as per set standard.
- To monitor and maintain Extruder and orientation machine related Machines like, Cooling Tower, chiller, and air compressor.
- Production related reports updating.
- To set Die and start Production as per planning Requirement.
- To set and program printing machine as per planning requirements.
- To Maintain Machines & Dies in good condition.
- To Do Machine Maintenances at when and where applicable with superior & maintenance In-Charge permission.

Other Responsibilities:

- Monitoring of cleaning the machine areas in every shift endings.
- Monitoring of clearing the scrap pipes in every shift endings.
- Monitoring of Grinding & pulverizing the scrap pipes in daily Basis.
- Housekeeping maintaining.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
