**JD for accounts executive**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Keeping track of all expenditures, including, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
- Bank Reconciliation Daily and Monthly basis.
- Handling Tax matters, TDS, and GST, Professional Tax.
- Monthly and quarterly financial year Books Closing and Provisions for expenses.
- Overseeing day to day banking operations/ Transactions and settlement of daily basis
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay Cheques.
- Verification of vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables status.
- Coordinate annual audit of the Company with external auditors.
- Maintain all documentation of all payments and receipts.
- Handling cash receipts and Payments daily basis.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
