Understanding customer needs and answering their queries related to products or services.
- Work with other departments of the organization to close more deals.
- Explain the features and benefits of services.
- Ability to approach any situation with patience, empathy, and an innate follow-up mechanism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous note taking and record keeping and usage of the CRM software to track all leads/conversations conducted
- Receiving fresh leads from various lead sources
- Speaking with fresh leads to qualify them based on their profile
- Validating the leads and sharing with sales team for further follow-up and closures.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
