**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Tally Prime and related services.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored Tally Prime solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical/support team to ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B software/ERP sales, preferably in Tally ecosystem.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
