We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Overseas Education Counselor to join our team. As an Overseas Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting students in their pursuit of international education opportunities. Your expertise will empower students to make informed decisions about studying abroad, ensuring they have a seamless and rewarding experience throughout the entire process.

**Responsibilities**:
**Student Consultation**: Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their academic aspirations, career goals, and preferences.
Provide personalized guidance on suitable study destinations, courses, and institutions based on students' profiles and preferences.
Offer comprehensive information about academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes.

**Admission Support**:Liaise with international universities and institutions to stay updated on admission requirements, deadlines, and program offerings.

**Financial Guidance**:Advise students on financial aspects of studying abroad, including tuition fees, living expenses, and available scholarships.
Assist in exploring funding opportunities and financial aid options to help students plan their budgets effectively.

**Pre-Departure Preparation**:Organize pre-departure orientations and workshops to prepare students for life in a foreign country.
Offer guidance on accommodation, cultural adaptation, travel arrangements, and health insurance.

**Relationship Building**:Foster strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and coordinated approach to student support.

**Continuous Learning**:Stay updated on international education trends, changes in admission policies, and emerging study destinations.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Counseling, International Relations, etc.); Master's degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international education systems, study destinations, and admission processes.
- Familiarity with visa regulations, immigration procedures, and legal requirements for different countries.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness to effectively engage with a diverse student population.
- Proficiency in relevant software and online tools for document management and communication.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in education counseling, student advising, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Experience in working with students from different backgrounds and understanding their unique needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
