**Job Title: Digital Marketing TrainerJob Summary**:
AICT Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a **Digital Marketing Trainer** to educate and mentor students and professionals in the latest digital marketing strategies and tools. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, designing course materials, and ensuring students gain practical knowledge in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on digital marketing concepts.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update course content as per the latest industry trends.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Ensure practical exposure through live projects and tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
- **Industry Insights & Case Studies**:

- Share real-world experiences and best practices in digital marketing.
- Guide students on building digital marketing strategies for businesses.
- Provide insights on freelancing and career opportunities in digital marketing.
- **Student Guidance & Mentorship**:

- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and group discussions.
- Provide career counseling and help students prepare for digital marketing roles.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and projects.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Guide students on website optimization techniques, keyword research, and analytics.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2+ years** of experience in digital marketing or training.
- Certification in **Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint** is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
