- Deliver value through continuous improvement of conditioning process of
equipment such as Pallets, Crates, and Utility boxes at company’s warehouses
and those at customers (on-site) location in the region, based on defined
processes and leveraging best practices available globally or locally.
- Ensure quality assessment of equipment pool, conditioning manpower training,
and safety at all locations.
- Ensure complete control of 5M - Manpower, Material, Machine, Method, and
Money through close coordination with reporting Manager.
- Adherence to SOP.
- 100 % pre-dispatch inspection before every dispatch and inspection at the time of
equipment return
- . Ensure submission of all reports within given timelines.
- Maintain the health of machinery/tools.
- Able to do effective planning.
- Maintain stock of all assets and consumables for better planning.
- Open to learning and implementing new ideas and processes.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Should be confident, process-oriented with good interpersonal.
