**Job Description: Lathe Machine Operator**

**Job Summary**:
The Lathe Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating lathe machines to perform various machining operations. This role requires precision in machining and a solid understanding of lathe machinery and its functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, adjust, and operate lathe machines to complete machining tasks as per specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to understand requirements.
- Monitor the lathe machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts.
- Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure they meet specifications using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery to ensure functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and quality standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,928.39 per month
