**Brief Job Description**:
Expertise in color matching, pilot-scale process development, and dye chemistry.

Responsibilities include conducting small-scale color-matching experiments, performing pilot studies for

process scalability, and analyzing dyeing results. Collaborate closely with the production team, ensuring

seamlesstransition and optimization of dyeing processes from lab to plant. Additionally, develop tailored

SOPs, provide technical support during plant-scale operations, and explore innovative technologies, and

further the research pipeline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dye Chem Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Textile Manufacturing Industry: 1 year (preferred)
