1. **Sales Management**:
▪ Ensure Business profitability to achieve branch target in all areas.

▪ Setting and achieving sales targets for individual sales associates.

2. **Team Management and Training**:
▪ Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.

▪ Delegate responsibilities and ensure smooth operations on the showroom floor.

▪ Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.

▪ Monitor team members progress and provide constructive feedback.

▪ Handle any internal conflicts or disagreements among the sales team.

▪ Mentor and support new hires.

▪ Work closely with store management and other departments to achieve store goals.

▪ Participate in store meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

3. **Customer Service**:
▪ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service, customer

complaints and maintaining positive store environment.

▪ Ensure and build strong relationship with customers. Ensure customer loyalty

through repeated service and follow ups.

▪ Step in to handle escalated customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

4. **Inventory Management**:
▪ Ensure maintenance of stock levels.

▪ Oversee the showroom layout and product displays to ensure they are aligned and attractively present the jewellery to customers.

▪ Plan and execute promotional displays and events.

▪ **Note: Ensure opening stock (10am to 11.30am) and closing stock (4.00 to 4.30) is done on time.**

▪ **Scanning and weight checking must be done once in a month.**

▪ **Ensure Proper action is taken if shortage of stock is identified.**

▪ **Oversee damage or repair products in each counter and ensure each staff is aware on handling products.**

5. **Reporting**:
▪ Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports to management.

▪ Analyze sales data and suggest improvements.

▪ Provide insights on customer preferences, sales performance, and competitor activities.

▪ Meeting points discussed each day must be analyzed and reported.

▪ Ensure maintaining a record of individual employee performance.

6. **Product knowledge**:
▪ Stay updated on new product arrivals and trends.

7. **Operations**:
▪ Manage day to day operations of opening and closing store is on time following security protocols.

▪ Ensure that the showroom is clean, well-lit, and well-maintained at all times, including the display of jewellery and customer service areas.

▪ Generate reports on sales performance

▪ Implement action plan based on sales data and feedback.

▪ Ensure adherence to showroom policies, especially in handling products.

▪ Ensure presence of staffs in their assigned counter even during breaks.

8. **Marketing and Promotions**:
▪ Planning and executing sales promotions, discounts, marketing campaigns.

▪ Customer relationship management: Relationship with regular customer, implement loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.

▪ Manage customer records and follow up on inquiries and special requests.
