To Achieve Overall target and Ensure Business profitability, He/ She must follow the following Responsibilities:
**Customer Service**:

- Serve as the face of the showroom by welcoming customers, building trust, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Understand customer needs, guide them to appropriate products, and close sales efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about jewelry, including materials, gemstones, and certifications.
- Represent the brand’s values ensuring every customer has a premium experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, complaints.

**Sales**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell Jewelry or service based on customer needs.
- Document and Report to Incharge about Sales and Walk out customers every day.
- Ensure Jewelry displays are attractive and well organized.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with other Sales executives and store staff to achieve overall target.
- Collaborate with Marketing team in Promotional activities and events.
- Follow DSR report everyday and follow customers periodically.
- Mention all details in feedback form for future updates.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and keep tracking of Jewelry inventory levels.
- Alert the management team to any issues regarding stock or low stock of high-demand items.
- Note: Maintaining stock level without product damage (product safety) and missing of stock is considered as a major responsibility.
- Gold Stock must be checked periodically twice a day (10.00am to 11am, 3pm to 5pm)
- Ensure Stock level of Silver products are checked periodically twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Handle in assistance with incharges and manager for monthly weight checking and scanning.

**Store Maintenance and policy**:

- Ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, and inviting.
- Ensure products are in their respected counter and silver products being covered properly even after closing of a sale.
- Ensure products, Tray, Neck and other necessities are properly dusted once a week.
- Follow safety protocols for handling and showcasing high-value items.
- Follow all store policies related to sales, discounts, and exchange procedures.
- Handle billing and documentation accurately.
- Verify customer identity for purchases and Scheme registration as per company or legal requirements.
- Attend morning prayer meetings and review meetings and assist with incharge for feedbacks and review.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain thorough knowledge of the showroom’s jewelry collections, including product features, designs, and pricing.
- Educate customers about the value, quality, and care of the jewelry they purchase.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain Strong Relationships with Customers.
- Ensure timely Follow up with customers for feedback and promotions resulting in maintaining relationship with them and regular visits.
- Identify Potential customers and refer them to store.
- Ask for Business Referrals from Walk in customers and follow up those referrals.
