**Role**:

- A Beauty Industry Public Relations Specialist primarily works for beauty brands and skincare corporations, beauty PR firms, or as independent consultants. Main role is to manage the public image and create brand awareness for their clients in the beauty industry. This involves creating and implementing strategic communication plans, which often include media releases, social media campaigns, and collaborations with influencers and beauty editors. They also are responsible for planning and coordinating events such as product launches, press days, and beauty exhibitions. These events are aimed at building relationships between the brand and potential customers or partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their communication needs and brand vision.
- Act as a point of contact for day-to-day PR coordination and updates.
- Participate in strategy sessions, brainstorms, and client presentations.
- **Media Relations**:

- Build and maintain media contacts across print, digital, and broadcast platforms
- Secure media coverage and coordinate interviews.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Support and sometimes lead the execution of client events and brand activations.
- Liaise with vendors, influencers, and partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track press coverage, sentiment, and campaign results.
- Compile client-facing reports with PR metrics and insights.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work with digital marketing, design, and content teams to align PR messaging.
- Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and storytelling initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
