**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**:

- Identify and approach potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular field visits and follow-ups.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Maintain proper sales records, reports, and forecasts to track progress.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct field surveys to gather insights about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide timely feedback and suggestions to improve product positioning and marketing strategies.
- **Product Promotion & Demonstration**:

- Conduct product presentations, live demos, and awareness campaigns to generate interest and sales.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and field campaigns as required.
- **Brand Representation**:

- Ensure brand visibility and awareness through effective marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company values while interacting with clients and the public.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams for lead support, order processing, and delivery.
- **Customer Service & Retention**:

- Handle client queries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build loyalty programs and repeat business opportunities through positive relationship management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
