Roles and Responsibilities

Help in project planning. Work with Project Manager towards defining the project processes, strategies of successful implementation and reporting framework
- Designing and developing SoPs and project modules to ensure flawless execution of the project
- Work with clients and in-house project teams and other cross-vertical teams to implement the projects
- Execute on ground surveys/research projects/assignments in social/development sector across different thematic areas
- Overall monitoring of the project
- Filling the gaps in implementation process
- Documentation and Client Reporting. Maintaining data with reference to different projects
- Ensure delivery of projects deliverables on time and in exemplary quality
- Coordination with the non-profit partners and social enterprises for project implementation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders of the project
- Maintain active association with stakeholders (community, beneficiaries, etc.)
- Project related travel as per project needs
- Field work as per project need
- Facilitate project team as per need

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree in Development, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Social Science or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 years work experience in project handling and management in education domain
- Clear and systematic thinking that demonstrates good judgement, expert problem solving, and creativity
- Proven operational and management capabilities
- Excellent project management skills
- Pro-active and self-initiator
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills
- Computer literacy with good Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Power Point skills
- Ability to converse in Marathi is preferrable

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Pathardi, Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
