**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties and services.

Create and execute sales-driven marketing strategies to meet revenue and client acquisition goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

2. Content Creation and Branding:
Maintain consistency of branding across all marketing channels.

3. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
Work closely with the sales team to create and nurture leads for new and existing real estate projects.

4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Manage and track client data using CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

5. Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics and reporting.

Provide regular performance reports and suggestions for improvements.

6. Event Planning and Networking:
Organize and participate in real estate events, open houses, and promotional activities.

Network with potential clients and partners to build relationships and grow the brand.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 3 years (required)
