**Our Opening and Your Responsibilities**
- Functional testing/ applicative testing of various sensors, solutions, meters and firm wares from the product portfolio
- Handle experiments using different analytical techniques required for R&D and testing projects
- Proactive and clean business/scientific communication with all stake holders.
- As an individual contributor, running a fully equipped electrochemistry lab and taking up the maintenance responsibility.
- Create high level documentation and process traceability.
- Literature search, experimental set up, scaling up to industrialization fall under these positional responsibilities.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- **Post Doc**from reputed Indian Institute or from USA/West European countries. Having deep hands-on knowledge in research is a must have in this role.
- Experience in R&D for **at least 2-3 years** will be preferable.
- Electrochemistry, Basic Chemistry and Material Science knowledge required.
- High energy driving and strong result orientation.
- Excellent multilevel communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong intercultural understanding since you will be working in a global team with worldwide exposure.
- Ability to work independently with own team as well as with different teams of the matrix.
