**Role Overview**:The Associate

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Event Sourcing and Coordination**:

- Identify and source a diverse range of volunteer event opportunities in collaboration with nonprofits and community organizations.
- Schedule and coordinate volunteer events, ensuring they meet the needs and interests of corporate partners.

**2. Partnership Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit organizations and other external partners.
- Collaborate closely with Goodera's internal partnerships team to align event goals and strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all external partners related to volunteer events.

**3. Event Design and Planning**:

- Assist in the creative design and planning of volunteer events that are engaging, impactful and aligned with Goodera's mission.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and logistics.
- Ensure each event is thoroughly documented and evaluated for continuous improvement.

**4. Impact Assessment and Reporting**:

- Coordinate with the impact assessment team to measure the outcomes and effectiveness of volunteer events.
- Compile and analyze data to produce detailed impact reports for stakeholders.
- Utilize feedback and data insights to enhance future volunteer programs.

**5. Budgeting and Planning**:

- Assist in budgeting for volunteer events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain detailed budget reports for each event.
- Work with the lead to allocate resources effectively and manage expenses within the approved budget.

**6. Collaterals and Communication**:

- Oversee the creation and distribution of event-related materials such as promotional content, volunteer guides, and post-event summaries.
- Ensure all communications are aligned with Goodera's branding and messaging standards.
- Act as the primary contact for volunteers, providing necessary information and support.

**7. Research and Innovation**:

- Conduct research to stay updated on trends and best practices in corporate volunteering and social impact.
- Introduce innovative ideas to improve the engagement and effectiveness of volunteer events.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
