Must have knowledge in sushi and dimsum preparation.
- preparation and cooking of various dishes in accordance with the standardized recipes and guidelines provided.
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly measured, weighed, and prepared for cooking.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Mise en place and stock rotation to ensure timely availability of ingredients and minimize wastage.
- Follow food safety procedures and guidelines to ensure safe handling, storage, and preparation of food items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and timely service during busy periods.
- Monitor and control the quality of food items prepared to meet the established standards of taste, presentation, and portion size.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants only from Hotel Background will be entertained. Applicants must reside in Kolkata and has to give a trial test.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
