Regional Fixed Asset Coordinator

**Description**:

- Understand and provide guidance to multiple site owners/ project managers on
- capitalization rules and fixed asset accounting processes and procedures, as well as relevant finance and government policies for these processes
- related internal control aspects
- Provide first line consultation and training throughout the regional FAC network when needed
- Coordinate fixed-asset physical verification process with dedicated local country or site FACs within their region of responsibility.
- Work with local FACs to deliver timely completion of asset verification audits, asset utilization reviews, write-offs and fixed asset movement records (FAMRs), and other related fixed asset processes
- Ensure timely execution of SOX Control activities and documentation by plant-site resources, including Open Construction Report (OCR) reconciliation reports
- Interact across functional lines, and requires building and maintaining of a strong regional network (Other C&E regional FACs, Site / local FACs within the region, Permanent Investment, Finance / Controllership, Capital & Engineering, site leadership as appropriate)
- Host periodic FAC network meetings to discuss and address issues and topics related to fixed assets

**Qualifications**:

- General understanding of SAP - Fixed assets and project systems
- Basic Excel Knowledge
- Good assertive communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple contact points across the globe
- General understanding of Power-BI/ SharePoint/ other presentation and collaboration tools
- 12 noon to 9 pm - stretch may be needed on ad-hoc basis, for any business calls/ updates
